Greetings families and friends of the Bluegrass Arts Collective!
On this first day of the new year, on the first day of the new decade, all of us at BAC would like to thank you for participating in and supporting your children in artistic growth and development.
I would also like to introduce myself as the new Director, taking over the reigns from Ellen Miller. My name is Mattie Greathouse, and I am a professional flutist, wife and mother of two. My undergraduate degree is in music from the University of Michigan, and I am nearly finished with a Master of Music from the University of Kentucky. Between those two degrees, I also earned a Master of Arts in Biblical Studies from Asbury Theological Seminary and completed three years of post-graduate research at Cambridge University. I have been playing and teaching flute for more than 30 years, and my vision is to create opportunities for young people to engage in creative musical and artistic expression in this area. I am thrilled to work with the BAC toward this end.
May 2020 be filled with every good thing for you and your family. I look forward to hearing from you and working with you!

Hi! Could you please let me know my balance for Hunter Neff’s piano lessons?
Can I still drop off payments at Nathan Miller’s office?
Thank you!
