The Bluegrass Performing and Visual Arts Association is a non-profit music and arts organization dedicated to offering youth and adults unique opportunities and experiences in all areas of the arts. The Association offers its members the opportunity to interact with other talented individuals throughout the region in areas of music, theatre, and various visual arts as well as furthering the cause of arts education throughout the Bluegrass.

Programs currently sponsored by the Bluegrass Performing and Visual Arts Association include but are not limited to:          

Main Street Playhouse

Jessamine Jazz Ensemble

Front Porch Concerts

Jessamine Community Band and Vocal Ensemble

Bluegrass Youth Chorus

Busy Hands Art Class  

Sponsorship of the above organizations results in… Community Concerts, Community Theatre Performances, Art Displays and most of all…Motivated, enriched, and confident students prepared to move ahead in a time of change.
